Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pup to love your purchase.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and free of damage
• Items must be returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Due to the nature of pet products, we do not accept returns on used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
