Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Q: My package says delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do?
A: Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the responsibility of the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. Wild Ten Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
